Pasta Sanatı

In the 1920s in Mardin, a family began its journey in a modest shop where their great-grandfather, Tevfik Bey, sold Turkish delight and almond candy. Over the generations, they expanded into ice cream and pastry production, ultimately establishing the "Merhaba Pastanesi" brand in Istanbul. Building on this deep-rooted heritage, the fourth generation of the family launched the "Pasta Sanatı" brand in 2008, focusing on boutique pastry craftsmanship. Pasta Sanatı reinterprets the traditional recipes that have long been a staple, presenting them with modern, eye-catching designs and a variety of distinctive flavors.

Karbon designed and developed the unique brand identity, visual language, and packaging designs for Pasta Sanatı and successfully executed the architectural concept design, project development, and implementation of its iconic store in Beşiktaş.
