This is a family business founded by the father who has been an admirer of the Indian Cuisine. Along with his personal gusto, he mastered the kitchen as a chef for more than 30 years. At Biryani Palace, the main purpose is to represent this cuisine in its best and authentic way and to participate in spreading its reputation from Istanbul, a unique location where the cultures meet.

Biryani Palace has a successful kitchen and a beautiful location. The brand aims to be one of the top 3 representatives of Indian Cuisine in Turkey, serving both international visitors and locals.
