Karbon & Doyuyo: Redefining Fast-Casual Dining in Turkey

Doyuyo emerged as a distinctive casual restaurant concept, carving out a unique niche in shopping mall food courts by focusing its cuisine around delicious fried chicken. What truly sets Doyuyo apart is its commitment to providing a more elevated experience within the typically fast-paced food court environment, offering table service and dedicated seating areas that invite diners to linger and enjoy their meal. This project marked Karbon's exciting first venture into designing for a fast-food and food court concept, pushing the boundaries of what's expected in this space.

Karbon was instrumental in shaping the entirety of the Doyuyo brand. We meticulously crafted both its compelling visual identity and its innovative architectural concept. Our work brought Doyuyo's vision to life across Turkey, with over 50 locations now operating nationwide. We successfully designed and managed the implementation of an impressive 36 branches, ensuring consistency and quality across the rapidly expanding network.

Beyond the initial design and rollout, the Karbon team proudly led Doyuyo’s comprehensive brand identity, branding and marketing strategies, and marketing communication processes for four impactful years. This holistic involvement ensured sustained growth and a strong market presence. A highlight of this collaboration was in 2023 when we created and organized the memorable TV commercial "Anlatılmaz Yenir" ( indescribable taste, you must eat it), working alongside Doğu Göçük and his talented team, further solidifying Doyuyo's position as a beloved brand in Turkey.
