The story of Pasta Sanatı is a rich tapestry woven through generations, beginning in the 1920s in Mardin. It all started in a humble shop where the great-grandfather, Tevfik Bey, laid the foundation by selling traditional Turkish delight and almond candy. Over the decades, the family's culinary passion expanded, venturing into the delightful world of ice cream and pastry production, ultimately establishing the renowned "Merhaba Pastanesi" brand in Istanbul.

Building on this deep-rooted heritage, the family's fourth generation launched Pasta Sanatı in 2008. This new venture shifted focus to the art of boutique pastry craftsmanship. Pasta Sanatı is more than just a patisserie; it's a reinterpretation of cherished traditional recipes, presented with a modern flair, eye-catching designs, and a delightful variety of distinctive flavors that captivate contemporary palates.

We meticulously designed and developed their unique brand identity, crafting a visual language that beautifully bridges their rich history with their innovative spirit. Furthermore, Karbon successfully executed the architectural concept design, project development, and implementation of Pasta Sanatı's iconic store in Beşiktaş, creating a physical space that truly embodies the brand's elegance and heritage.
