Yektane

Yektane is a single-branch bakery and brasserie located in Mersin. Known for its bustling counters filled with customers at all hours of the day, Yektane has become a local favorite with its sourdough bread, mezze, dishes, and pastries.

We developed a new identity and architectural concept for Yektane, drawing inspiration from a wheat stalk to honor the brand’s origins rooted in sourdough bread. As a prestigious brand in the region, we designed packaging for both everyday and gift items, ensuring they reflect Yektane’s refined image.

The architectural concept was crafted as a bright, inviting Mediterranean-inspired space, filled with the essence of flavor and enjoyment that embodies Yektane’s spirit.
